Note for INTENSIVE 1:1 Coaching Clients: We want to ensure our coaching relationship is positive and productive. We will always work with you to address concerns and find a mutually beneficial outcome. If both parties agree to terminate the agreement, the client may request a prorated refund of unused sessions if 50% or less of the package has been utilized. A one-time $500 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that sessions or services not used within the agreed-upon term will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
