Content Use Policy
By downloading resources from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You may print and/or download Alma Modern resources for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may access resources from the Library on https://almamodern.com
You may share free resources with others by sharing a link to the Library where they can sign up for a free Library Card.
You may not circulate resources directly through email, by upload to a learning management system, or in print. If you are interested in sharing resources with your class, membership group, etc., please contact us for permission and/or licensing options.
You may not claim any resources or content as your own. Please cite and credit Alma Modern appropriately.
You may not sell or profit from any Alma Modern resources.

By creating an account at Alma Modern, you agree to follow these guidelines to keep our space supportive, respectful, and safe for all students, parents, and educators:

Support Each Other. We’re all here to learn, grow, and figure things out. Show up with a growth-oriented mindset and offer constructive feedback.
Respect Privacy. What’s shared in our private spaces stays in our private spaces. Do not share member information or discussions outside of the community.
🚫 Zero-Tolerance Rules
To protect the safety and focus of our community, the following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without a refund:
Harassment or Bullying: This includes hate speech, personal attacks, and discriminatory language of any kind.
Inappropriate Content: This includes profanity, sexually explicit or suggestive content, and violent themes.
Spam or Self-Promotion: This is a space for learning, not for unsolicited selling, pitching services, or sharing affiliate links.

Alma Modern reserves the right to revoke access or remove members at our discretion if these guidelines are broken. We’re committed to building a space that’s welcoming, safe, and centered on student success.
💸 Refund Policy
Because Alma Modern is a digital program with immediate access to videos, downloads, and coaching opportunities, all Accelerator purchases are final.
For 1:1 clients, refunds are prorated for unused sessions, provided less than 50% of the package has been utilized, minus a $295 administrative fee. Any sessions or services not used within the agreed-upon term will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
📘 Legal Disclaimer
By participating in Alma Modern programming, you agree not to hold Edward Coronado III, the Alma Modern team, or the platform liable for any academic outcomes, performance issues, or challenges that may arise during or after your time in the community.
It’s important to note that our college success programming, resources, and community require students to put in the work to see results—and results take time.
We’re here to share research-backed strategies, offer coaching and accountability, and help students build the habits they need to succeed. But ultimately, their success is up to them.
Joining Alma Modern does not guarantee specific outcomes, including (but not limited to):
Higher grades
On-time assignment completion
Graduation from college
Landing an internship or job
Admission to specific programs or schools
That said, we are deeply committed to providing students with the tools, systems, and support they need to thrive in college and beyond. We’ll be there to encourage them every step of the way.
