Our accelerators are curated, science-backed systems that distill years of research into a clear, 8-week roadmap. We save your son the time of figuring it all out himself and provide the community and accountability needed to motivate him to take action on what he learns, building a lifelong framework that will follow him well after graduation.

Success in our program requires a commitment from the student to show up and do the work. We provide the expert coaching, proven strategies, and a supportive pod of peers to make success possible, but we cannot force students to engage or take action.

Joining Alma Modern does not guarantee results, including, but not limited to: Earning better grades, Turning in all assignments on time, Graduating from college, Landing an internship, etc.

That said, we are committed to providing students with everything they need to thrive in school, and we'll be there to encourage them every step of the way.

That's exactly what we’ll cover at our free strategy session. The Accelerator group is a powerful and comprehensive experience that's a great fit for many students. On our call, we'll discuss your son's specific needs to determine if the added personalization of the 1:1 coaching is the right choice for him.

The group only option is ideal for students who are motivated to learn new skills and want consistent, affordable support within a community setting.

The 1:1 Coaching upgrade is best for students who want highly personalized support and accountability to address specific, complex challenges and goals.

We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate busy students.

• Weekly Skills Labs are the core of the program and are typically held on Mondays and/or Tuesdays during after-school hours, with 4pm Pacific being the earliest.

• Office Hours & Guided Study Halls are offered at various times throughout the week, including mornings and evenings, so students can always find a time to receive support.

The exact, confirmed times for the upcoming accelerator will be provided during your free strategy session.

While we don't have a strict age requirement, our program is designed for high school students (grades 9-12) and early college students. We've found that students much younger than this range are not ready to learn and implement the strategies we teach, especially in a community setting.

Student success is our top priority, so our programs and content are structured with your student's growth in mind. Once enrolled in an accelerator, you have immediate access to our content, coaching, and community. Due to this, all Accelerator purchases are non-refundable.

However, if you’re ever feeling dissatisfied with your experience on campus, reach out, and we’ll work together to ensure your student has everything they need to maximize their time with us.

Note for One-to-One Coaching Clients: We want to ensure our coaching relationship is positive and productive. We will always work with you to address concerns and find a mutually beneficial outcome. If both parties agree to terminate the agreement, the client may request a prorated refund of unused sessions if 50% or less of the package has been utilized. A one-time $200 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that sessions or services not used within the agreed-upon term will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
